As part of our commitment to patient safety, IHS now offers a contact-free check-in process that ensures an easy, seamless experience when visiting our centers.

After you call to make your appointment, you will receive an email or text with a link to the forms that are required to be filled out prior to your visit. This will save you time, and eliminate the need to complete questionnaire forms in our lobby.

Approximately 2-3 hours before your exam, you will receive a text message from IHS confirming your designated check-in time. Please arrive at the time provided in your message.

Once you have parked, text us the word “Arrived”. We will then send you a link to complete your registration. Once completed, simply wait in your car. If there is anything that requires any additional follow up, you will receive a call from our front desk staff.

Once your exam room and equipment have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, we will text you to come in for your appointment. Please put on a mask and enter our lobby. Our staff will direct you to the area where you will meet the technologist who will perform your exam.
